Soccer is the world’s favorite pastime, a passion for billions around the globe. In Europe and South America it is the number 1 sport. In North America soccer ranks behind baseball, basketball, hockey and football. A soccer player needs to develop his technical abilities but he also requires strength. That way he will be faster and able to keep the ball in his team. You need to be able to keep a healthy balance between technique and power.
