I have very active neighbors . It seems like they are always going places . We don’t get to see them too often as they are always going to one thing or another. Their children have all gone off to college so they are what you would call “empty nesters” . Not that their lives have changed that much because they used to travel all the time, but they just brought the kids along as well . I had some friends visiting from out of town and I brought up that they would love to go see this band play that I knew was in town as well and that I was in search of some rad tickets . My neighbor told me about this online website that she orders from, telling me about how she purchased tickets for a ballet once, and a baseball game . The site sells any ticket you could possibly imagine, from theatre to baseball to hockey to concerts to special events . She found tickets to a Chicago Cubs game for under $30.00. My neighbor admitted to feeling like the website should pay her for how much money she has made them through word of mouth . I think I made her day by letting her know that I was purchasing Los Angeles Angels tickets that day. I was able to order the tickets with no problem and now that I know it is so easy to find tickets for all these exciting events I just may have to take my wife out a little more often.

I had a little dilemma . I didn’t know what to do. There was a theatre show that I wanted to see downtown and my husband had promised to buy tickets . It is my sister and law and her husband’s five year anniversary and I wanted to take them to the theatre so I told my husband to purchase the tickets in advance . A week before the theatre show I asked how much the tickets were and I noticed a panicked look on his face . I know that musical was one that his sister and brother-in-law really wanted to see. Especially because they don’t live here, and this is the only place that one can see it, and it would have been such a great surprise . I thought that time was short and the tickets would probably be sold out by now. I really hated the thought of going downtown to the theater and waiting in a long line just to see if tickets were available. I tried calling but was either left hanging by the operator or put on hold to only be hung up on after ten minutes of waiting, such horrible customer service . I was getting frustrated and almost gave up. My neighbor suggested that I check out that website online, she thought for sure that they would have them on there . Thankfully I did and found amazing tickets for the week that they are going to be here .
My work schedule is very hectic and I don’t always know when I will have time available to do the things I enjoy doing. I usually find out last minute that I have time off of work so that is the only time that I can actually make plans . I found I was missing out on a lot of Pittsburgh Steelers games.
