When a car is needed for a vacation or business trip, consider an Alamo car rental . With the abuse a car takes on a long trip, renting is a good alternate choice . Car rental isn’t as expensive as some people think. Some are available for only $1 per day . That’s a fantastic deal .

Best Auction Cars

Alamo started way back in 1974 in Florida . They quickly recognized that the vacation rental business was under served . Since Florida was a popular vacation destination, it only made sense.

Alamo has a lot of firsts under its belt. Unlimited miles, for example. Families on vacation don’t want to track miles or to pay extra when they go over a certain amount . Alamo didn’t hesitate to take this into account and come up with a solution.

Car Tips and Articles

Alamo was also one of the first to rent cars from a large plaza facility . Other car rental companies at the time – 1974, remember – mostly worked with corporate repeat clients . Deals were sealed over the phone, and cars often delivered to a company location . The personal leisure traveler didn’t have the resources or need for pre-made rental plans. The type of rental locations often seen near airports were thus put into practice by Alamo . Mission to get people on their way faster was accomplished.

Booking reservations on the Internet and insurance for the rental car were also pioneered by Alamo. To remove the concern over dings and dents, Alamo provided low cost temporary car coverage . In 1995 Alamo launched on line booking . That was a big deal at the time .

Those firsts really don’t matter to people looking to rent a car . There’s little distinction between the companies in 2008. Reliable cars that don’t break the bank are what matters. Alamo certainly has both . An economy car from Alamo can cost less than $20 per rental day . Those are competitive rates. Alamo has some of the best relationships in the travel business, so renters can enjoy hotel stays and airline miles .

Nobody imagined a market for vacation car rentals in 1974. For Alamo car rental a few decades make all the difference .

How Does The water 4 gas Technology Actually Work?

First, you need to do a little tweaking on your car to incorporate the technology into your system. You will need a conversion kit and instructional materials to be able to do this. After which you will be ready to proceed.

Since water by itself is inflammable, the system will convert water to HHO so that it can be usable for running your car. This is made possible by passing water through electricity available in your car. After the conversion this flammable gas is incorporated into the combustion system of your car providing it with more power to run your car.

With water providing additional power to your car, less fuel will be needed in every drive you take. You will need to buy less fuel every day and every month. The technology would provide you with so much savings that investing in the conversion will be so much worth it.

water for gas – How Do You Go about converting your car to run on water?

Conversion kits and instructions are widely available in the internet so all you have to do is order one online. You will be provided with simple instructions that will guide you every step of the way. You may need to get a few simple materials as well to complete the conversion.

If you have limited experience in these things, you should look for the simplest guide. But knowledgeable drivers can literally do it very easily. The cost could also vary so you have to choose the least expensive and the most helpful kit for you.

Almost anyone can do the conversion but if you are truly concerned about damaging your car or if you are not confident about doing it yourself, you also have a choice of hiring mechanics and technicians to do the conversion for you. This option may cost more but it’s still worth it because you will be able to start recovering your investment once the conversion is completed.

If you want to cut fuel expenses, you either travel or use your car less or you may want to Run your car on water. Some travels are inevitable so you are left with only one choice. You have to find ways to run your car other than on fuel.

Fortunately, the long research of scientists has bear fruit. It is now possible to run your car on water. Since the prices of fuel are never coming down, you can now cut on fuel expenses through this technology.

A new method has been created that makes it where you can run your car on water. This is a revolutionary process that has made it where a person can banish the obscene gas prices and get better mileage using water as a fuel for their car. The other big plus to this is that the process is fairly simple and can be done by anyone that can read and follow simple instructions. There is no catch or expensive parts to be purchased either. Most of the parts will only cost a person a few hundred dollars. Most of us spend that much in a month or two buying gas. Here is a better way to get more out of your money.

So many live pay check to pay check, seeing the burdens of paying bills and cringing when the prices of gas continue to go up. Many of us have heard others complain and bicker over the expenses of having a car. Fortunately, there is a technology allowing you to run your car on water. This has been around for a long time, although it is only recently (with gas prices going way up) that it has got a lot of attention.

Some have seen the many alternate methods of fuel in the market and what they require. Ethanol, solar, and even natural gas all require a major refit to a vehicle or even a new vehicle. What if there was a method of getting a fuel that was cheap and gave better mileage than gas? What if there was a simple alteration that someone could either have done, or do themselves to make their car accomplish this?

In the tests that have been done, water has been shown to be a better fuel resource than gasoline. Part of it has been the price, but the other part has also been in the mileage. The process by which water is utilized in to fuel is more effective and produces much less waste. This has been viewed much in the same way that the halogen bulbs are more effective than traditional light bulbs. The old bulbs would produce more heat than light, hence making more by products than what was sought after. The process that makes a car run on water is the same concept as it makes less waste and more power for the car. This means less fuel usage and less time needed fueling a car.

The other big plus is that you can have this done to your existing car. You don’t have to spend money on a new vehicle or at the pump wondering what to cut the corners off of to pay the bills. So you can see, it is definitely a good idea to run your car on water.

water for gas

You will definitely want to know how hybrid cars work. So let’s go through some of the science. Hydrogen whilst being a very potent energy source, when derived from water, requires some energy as an input to help degrade the water molecules to such an extent that the hydrogen and oxygen particles are then separated. This is not quite as simple as it sounds because huge amounts of energy have to be expended to achieve the finished product, and currently, the level of energy produced as the finished result is exceeded by the energy required to power the car. Therefore, if you ever happen to come across a water powered car that claims that it is 100% powered by water then walk away briskly, because such an offer is nothing than an outright lie. In order for a water powered car to achieve this fantastic level of success, it would have to defy several scientific theories and with current technology this is simply not possible.

water for gas

A water powered car may sound like something from science fiction novel but rest assured, it is a definite reality, although the name water powered car is something of a misnomer, because it is precisely water that powers the car. In water powered car there is a special chemical catalyst which helps to break down the water into the two elements that water is made up of which are hydrogen and oxygen. It is the hydrogen present in water that is used to power the vehicle rather than the actual water itself and this is a crucial distinction to make, rather than being a mere academic point. Because it is the element hydrogen that is utilised to power the vehicle, and given the highly dangerous nature of hydrogen (which is an extremely flammable substance and if not handled correctly can result in an explosion) rigid safety precautions have to be utilised. This a burden upon the consumer in terms of safety, cost and maintenance because should the hydrogen filter component fail then this means that the car is not in any safe condition to use. The entire catalyst has to be replaced as it will inevitably wear out, and this can prove to be rather costly. If a water powered car was genuinely powered by water, then perhaps such safety concerns would not be quite so vital.

water for gas

You maybe wondering: if a water powered car requires huge amounts of energy to initiate the breakdown process, then how on earth is the car powered? A water powered car also relies on a standard engine which is gasoline based to help “pick up the slack” so to speak, and so water as a fuel source is used in addition to, as opposed to in replacement of traditional fuel sources.

Why bother then? Well, just because hydrogen cannot power a car fully, it can still provide some energy and so this means that less fuel has to be expended from gasoline. This in turn means less gasoline and so a reduction in fuel costs, and in the long term this can add up to a substantial amount.

Water to gas technology reduces accumulation of carbon deposits

Water 4 gas technology works at improving the life of your car engine, and helps the car run much smoother and conveniently. This is because the water to gas technology works at eliminating all carbon deposits that are usually formed by the unburned gasoline in a car.

It is very easy to run your car on water. In fact, with the right guide available on the internet, you will be able to install the unit yourself, without having to approach any technical personnel for the installation. There are clear cut instructions and diagrams in the guides for you to go through for the installation, which will take at the most, a few hours.

Experience the joy of driving a smoother and quieter car

Once you run your car on water you will surely notice that the engine becomes smoother, quieter and calmer. There is less of knocking and pinging from the engine and less vibration. All this leads to less strain on the transmission and in the process, smoother gear shifts, cleaner valves and pistons and of course, better operation of the engine.

For improved fuel efficiency and mileage in your car, you could consider fitting more than one water to gas unit in the car. With small cars, this will generate more benefits for you while in the case of large cars; the car will require that many units to give you maximum savings in your fuel costs.

Remember, all this is possible just by the fitting of a water to gas unit in the comfort of your backyard, in a matter of hours’ time.

Make the most of your water to gas car – water 4 gas

It is a known fact that gasoline is a one of the most expensive commodities found in the market today. However it is not possible for one to go through their day to day activities without buying any gasoline as it is required not only for fueling cars, but also bikes and scooters. Gasoline is something that is required from people of all walks of life, be it framers, taxis, military services or emergency services.

With the installation of water to gas technology in a car, you find that it is possible to improve the fuel efficiency of your car, and save on lots of money that would have otherwise been spent for more fuel for the car.

run your car on water – A car that runs on water is beneficial to you in more ways than one

Practically everyone today owns a vehicle to be used for transportation purposes. However it is only after owning a vehicle does one realize how expensive it is to maintain one. You have to spend a sizeable amount on fuel for the car, hold periodical check-ups and of course, servicing of the car.

Today, more and more people are considering, and preferring to use water to run their cars instead of using 100% fuel for running the car. There are many reasons for people to use water for running their cars where the most important benefit or reason is that it improves the mileage of the fuel of the car by 35%.

run your car on water – Help in controlling global warming

As you will run the car with a mix of water and fuel, the exhaust that is usually emitted by a car is eliminated. This way you will be contributing to saving on global warming as your car will not be emitting that much of exhausts into the environment, making the world a better place to be.

If you convert your car into a car that runs on water, you find that the engine power of your car is greatly enhanced. With this, naturally the performance of your car is improved greatly as you can drive at increased speeds, and in the process enjoy the extra mileage of the car.

run your car on water – Your engine gets smoother with water

Another benefit of using a car that runs on water is that cars that run on water help remove the deposit of carbon in the car engine. This in turn helps prevent any future carbon build up in the car, which in turn helps in improving the efficiency of the car.

And if you get irritated with the sounds of your engine operation when driving your car, you find that cars that run on water are easier to handle. This is because these cars usually have a smoother, quieter and calmer engine operation because of the smooth gearshifts it gives the car.

With all these benefits in your car, you find that you get a longer life expectancy of your car engine. This is mainly because of the improved condition of the pistons, valves and rings of the car. So why not you consider turning your car into a car that runs on water too.

run your car on water review
There are several good guides out right now that teach you how to run your car on water with ease. And while some of them are very good, you’ll find many junk products also. A simple google search can do you good. Just keep in mind that many reviews are biased and just designed to make the sale. If you go with the guide that is reviewed the most and is the most talked about, then that is probably a fairly safe bet. Many lesser guides are just full of junk, so you need to be careful.

run car on water
You can save TONS by running your car on water. Potentially, you can double your mileage. Many people get MPG increases of around 20-80% depending on the car. There are tons of other benefits, too. You can get IRS refunds for running your car on water, since you are now using a more environmentally friendly car. This can represent quite high savings. However, you mostly get savings from the fact that you don’t have to buy gas. If you drive your car a lot (like many people do) then you can end up saving THOUSANDS of dollars each year. Plus, by having a water burning hybrid, you are no longer making harmful emissions.

Of course, the planet is getting into a worse shape each and every day. Gas prices are rising – and they show no signs of slowing down. Moreover, climate change is happening at a much faster rate than we first imagined. Ten years ago, global warming wasn’t even covered that much. Now we have had all sorts of natural disasters, and some very strange whether all around the world. Much of the pollution is caused by carbon emissions and people driving cars. Therefore, running your car on water is a total no brainer.

water 4 gas review
The idea of running your car on water may seem ludicrous, but it is in fact based on sound scientific principles. Water is a VERY powerful fuel. By investing in a good guide, you can use the power of HHO (two hydrogen and one oxygen) in order to power your car. This poses absolutely no risk to your car. Hydrogen is explosive, yes, but you won’t need to be using it by itself at all. The main guide (water 4 gas) has over 12,000 customers on clickbank alone, and there has not been a single recorded accident of someones car burning down.

We firstly heard about Norwegian car manufacturer Think Global, in 2003 when it was bought by Ford. Company already had an electric car prototype, and Ford invested over 100 million dollars to complete design and started pilot production… Think is small two-seater electric car with a lot of character. But in 2003 it lacked success in marketing and sales, and after California’s CARB was lifted, Ford lost interest. Ford backed out of Think, selling it to Swiss based company. Few years later Think went into bankruptcy… During liquidation number of Norwegian investors bought the company…

Well, it was not the first bankruptcy for Norwegian company… So, as Think is reemerging these days, it is only natural to expect so. Appropriately for northerners, Think – Affordable Electric Car is still ecological vehicle. Newly announced car – Think City is a pure electric car with reach of 110 miles – twice that of 2003 model. Think City is manufactured northwest of Oslo, Norway. In next months first shipments to Norway, Denmark and Swiss will commence, and by the end of 2008 this electric car will be sold in markets allover Europe and USA. Management of Think is optimistic, as this time they are pretty sure, that they have caught the right timing, and they also emphasize gained new, more appropriate part
ners, suppliers and most importantly – car parts…

New publicly fronted partners include Porsche Consulting, Tesla Motors and Zebra batteries… Tesla motors is supplier of advanced lithium batteries, while Porsche Consulting will help with optimization of manufacturing efficiency (Porsche factories are number 1 worldwide in terms of factory efficiency and profitability ). Think is also preparing for first crash tests (NCAP / EuroNCAP). Production line started in November 2007 and by end of 2008 yearly production capacity will reach 10.000 cars.

Think is special, because it is bringing some radical new revolutionary ideas to the automotive industry. From what we heard, Think will be great – if they can deliver, of course… But imagine buying car online – as you do a Dell notebook… Select color, functionality, all accessories… And have a custom built car delivered to your door just days later… Want to take it for a test drive first? Forget about dealerships and dealing/convincing sales people, all for a quick short drive… With Think you just send an short text message (SMS) to car-sharing franchise, and they will contact you when its appropriate time to bring you the car to test…

Technical specifications of Think City are impressive… Advantages of Electric Car are mostly economical and environmental! Range of 112 miles/180 kilometers on new battery (battery pack in Think consists of around 3000 single batteries – in contrast to Tesla roadster, which has over 7000; alternative battery pack from Zebra batteries has lower reach, but other advantages as charge density and durability), and complete compliancy to every safety standard in the world, just to begin with. Top speed of the car is 60 mph/100 km/h , but acceleration makes it fun to drive and hard to keep up… Car’s battery can be filled up during the night as a standard plug in – at the fraction of the cost of petrol or diesel. Think City is battery powered and does not need oil changes or regular maintenance. More over 90% of the energy you put in the Think City goes directly to moving the vehicle (a traditional combustion engine loses almost 70% of the fuel energy to heat and friction). Even thought Think does not use direct drive motor, its efficiency is still high due to light weight. Lifetime of a battery pack under optimal conditions is around 100.000 miles / 160.000 km. Every car has Internet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication facilities. These communication capabilities will be used so that car can communicate with owner, and with other Think cars/owners. For example – if you just parked your ThinkCity in garage and threw yourself on sofa, then remembered that you are unsure about level of batteries – no need to stand up again… Just send an SMS to the car, and it will reply with status. Car will also remind you via e-mail if it needs to be serviced. You read correctly – email and texting services are supported…

Think also has a plan to deal with single most pressing problem in electric cars – batteries. When you will buy a car, you cannot buy a battery. Instead battery will be leased to owner in form of mobility fee for a $199/€150 per month (and this will include also subscription to mobile/internet service etc)… Average price of operating a car is around $5/3€ per 100 miles/150km. As battery life is decreasing through time, owner will pay less and less for it, or have it replaced for new one. “It’s simple as that – we want you to buy mobility “, says CEO and owner of Think, Jan-Olaf Willums. Big decision whether owning an Electric Car is viable for you, still depends on final price – as the car is still not officially released, it is unknown, but speculated to be south of $35.000 / 25.000€…

If you are a NASCAR fan, you likely appreciate NASCAR memorabilia or paraphernalia: NASCAR mugs, clothing, bumper stickers, NASCAR posters, and NASCAR pics. And where do we find the hottest of, say, NASCAR pics, for friends or loved ones as Christmas or other holiday gifts? Let’s start with books. For example, Jeff MacGregor wrote a book called Sunday Money: Speed! Lust! Madness! Death! A Hot Lap Around America with NASCAR. In the book, MacGregor writes of his packing up his belongings and his wife, the Beep, in an RV, and traveling across country to follow the events, politics, and social to-dos of the NASCAR circuit. Besides being a funny, personable, and exciting and informative read, the book includes many NASCAR pics in color and black and white. Dale Earnhardt, memorialized in a statue, the Uncers, the fans (and their vans), and the track during the races are enveloped by writing that is fun, funny, and fascinating (as MacGregor also incorporates the history and money behind the most successful auto club in the states).

Other books have NASCAR pics—such as The Wildest Ride: A History of NASCAR (or, How a Bunch of Good Ol’ Boys Built a Billion-Dollar Industry out of Wrecking Cars); NASCAR Record & Fact Book : 2006 Edition (NASCAR Record & Fact Book); and, especially, NASCAR Best Shots, from the NASCAR Library Collection. But then there are the online sources, starting with NASCAR pics at such sites as Racehippie.com (where many Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and other pics are available); theinsidegroove.com (where NASCAR pics of races all over the country are featured); and decadesofracing.com (where not only will you get hundreds of NASCAR pics but will find tens of links to the history, the schedules, the driver biographies, and more).

Also, there is a way to get NASCAR pics that not everyone makes use of yet: Go to Google images and type in NASCAR pics. Doing so will give you about 530,000 results, ranging from the individual drivers, the individual cars (on and off the speedway), the races, the fans, the engines, the accidents, and the backstories…if you want them.

Finally, think about what you can make yourself using NASCAR pics. One of my favorite things to do, for example, is go to a photo shop in a mall or in town—to any shop that specializes in personalized gifts. Take with you a perfect photo you have found in the books or on the sites. Ask the personnel to put the pic on a mouse pad. It cost about ten to twenty dollars and takes about a week for them to do. Than, when your loved one is doing his or her own computer searches, he/she will be able to look at the hottest pic of the hottest racecar series ever!
